West Palm Beach Veterans Medical Center

The medical center is a general medical, psychiatric and surgical facility. It is a teaching hospital, providing a full range of patient care services, with state- of-the-art technology as well as education and limited research. Comprehensive healthcare is provided through primary care and long-term care in the areas of dentistry, extended care, medicine, neurology, oncology, pharmacy, physical medicine, psychiatry, rehabilitation and surgery. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is part of the Sunshine Healthcare Network (VISN 8), which includes facilities in Florida and Puerto Rico.

Plantation General Hospital:

The Children's Center at Plantation General Hospital is committed to provide high quality, family centered healthcare for children through a full spectrum of medical and surgical programs and specialty services. Plantation General Hospital has been caring for critically ill children in since 1979. From the reassuring compassion of staff physicians and well-trained, skilled staff to the pleasant, kid-friendly, Noah's Ark design of our 28-bed Pediatric Unit and 8-bed PICU, Plantation General Hospital provides an ideal training environment in Pediatrics.

MorseLife/Morse Geriatric Center:

The Morse Geriatric Center is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian, 280-bed long-term care facility designed and dedicated to serving the elderly in Palm Beach County. Morse Geriatric Center has received the Gold Seal Award from the State of Florida, Governor's Panel on Excellence in Long-Term Care. The Gold Seal Award was established in 2002 to recognize Florida nursing homes that consistently demonstrate exceptionally high standards and quality of care.

JFK Medical Center:

JFK Medical Center, originally named John F. Kennedy Hospital as the first memorial to our nation's 35th president, was founded in 1966 as a community hospital. Today, JFK Medical Center has evolved into a 460-bed acute care medical/ surgical facility and healthcare complex specializing in cardiovascular care, neuroscience, oncology services, orthopedics and bariatrics. JFK Medical Center is a primary teaching affiliate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
